Clients, contractors, and partners may be allowed to access their Futurescale.com confidential areas by entering the email address and password associated with their account. You agree to keep your Futurescale.com password private. You agree not to use a shared email address for this purpose. You take responsibility for any actions that may be taken, or documents that may be accessed or modified while logged into your account.

Some services we provide may be operated by third parties. In those cases, you will be made aware of this fact. Adherence and acceptance of the providers' terms of use and privacy policy is implied by your use of those services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Futurescale, at your expense, against any and all third-party claims, actions, proceedings, and suits brought against Futurescale or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates, and all related liabilities, damages, settlements, penalties, fines, costs or expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys fees and other litigation expenses) incurred by Futurescale or any of its officers, directors, employees, agents or affiliates, arising out of or relating to (a) your breach of this agreement, (b) your negligence or willful misconduct in connection with our services, or (c) your violations of applicable law in connection with our services.

Misrepresentation

You agree to accept all liability, and to hold Futurescale harmless for any consequences arising from any falsehood or misrepresentation originated by you in your communications with Futurescale.
